No two days look the same, and that’s exactly what makes this role exciting! You’ll balance leadership, strategy, and hands-on customer engagement while keeping your finger on the pulse of store performance.

How you'll make an impact

Drive Sales & Growth

1. Lead the store to achieve monthly and annual sales goal
2. Build a culture of accountability for both individual and team performance
3. Track and analyze key metrics like ticket size, traffic, close ratio, revenue per up, house calls, and accuracy
4. Grow the customer base through local events, home shows, and community outreach

Lead & Develop Your Team

1. Coach and mentor sales associates through the full sales process
2. Conduct one-on-one meetings focused on skill development, follow-up, and performance improvement
3. Recruit, hire, train, and retain a competitive, customer-focused sales team
4. Deliver ongoing training on sales systems, product knowledge, and best practices

Strategic Planning & Reporting

1. Analyze sales performance and recommend operational improvements
2. Prepare and present monthly sales reports to leadership
3. Identify opportunities to improve profitability and customer experience

Customer & Operational Excellence

1. Support negotiations, resolve customer concerns, and ensure a seamless buying experience
2. Ensure proper staffing and scheduling for optimal floor coverage
3. Oversee open sales, orders, and deliveries to keep projects moving smoothly
4. Maintain accuracy in returns, approvals, and administrative processes

Is this the role for you?

1. Do you have 3-5 years of prior sales management experience? (Retail experience HIGHLY preferred!)
2. Do you have a positive, can-do attitude and love to problem solve?
3. Do you have good communication and negotiation skills?
4. Do you enjoy leading and motivating teams to success?
5. Are you highly motivated and enjoy a fast-paced working environment?
