The Montgomery County Intermediate Unit is seeking Instruction-in-the-Home Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and Speech & Language Patholgists to work within the Office of Student Services. These are part-time temporary needs for the school year (hours, ages, and locations vary). Hours vary and range from 5-10 hours per week depending on needs. This position travels to students' homes located throughout Montgomery County.
Qualifications:
- Valid PA certification and/or PA licensure in given field.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience preferred.
- Experience with Assistive Technology.
- Experience providing a high level of customer service.
- Current PA Child Abuse, Criminal and FBI Fingerprinting clearances (dated within one year from date of hire).
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Provide related services to individuals with various disabilities in a home setting.
Location:
The Montgomery County Intermediate Unit is located in Norristown, PA and provide services to students in School Age K-12 and Non-Pub classrooms located throughout Montgomery County, PA. This position travels to students' homes located throughout Montgomery County.
