What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Mechanic position at Montgomery County Housing Authority?

The Montgomery County Housing Authority is accepting applications for a full-time Maintenance Mechanic.
All applications will be reviewed, and appropriate applicants will be interviewed before the opening is filled. Applicants must possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent. Beneficial experience includes, experience in building and grounds maintenance, electrical, carpentry, HVAC, plumbing, and must possess a valid driver's license. The Authority may conduct a criminal background check and drug testing.
Excellent benefit package. Starting hourly wage will be dependent upon qualifications and/or experience.
