What are the responsibilities and job description for the Administrative Clerk - Behavioral Health position at Montgomery County Health Department?
· Full-time, 35 hours per week.
· Hours are:
---Mon 8-4, Tues 10-6 (12-8 every other week), Wed 8-4, Thurs 10-6 (8-4 every other week, and Fri 8-4
These times include a one hour unpaid lunch break.
· Located at our main office in Hillsboro. Working at our Litchfield satellite office may be needed on occasion.
· Starting pay is $16.00 an hour.
· Retirement is through IMRF.
· Benefit time includes 10 vacation days, 12 sick days, & 2 personal days, and 13 paid holidays.
· Optional health insurance, as well as dental and vision, is available.
· Daily direct contact with the public, in person and over the phone, is required.
· Must be familiar with computer usage, including Word, Excel, Internet, and be capable of learning other program specific software.
· Must possess excellent people skills, be a team player, have the ability to multi-task, and be flexible and dependable.
· Must be thorough, organized, and detail oriented.
· Must have a positive attitude and good work ethic.
· Must possess excellent customer service skills.
