Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Executive Director to lead our organization toward strategic growth and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a comprehensive understanding of business management, and the ability to develop and implement innovative strategies. This role requires a visionary leader capable of overseeing all aspects of the organization, fostering a positive organizational culture, and ensuring sustainable success.

Responsibilities

  • Provide strategic direction and set organizational goals aligned with mission and vision.
  • Lead and oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness across departments.
  • Develop and execute business development initiatives to expand organizational reach and impact.
  • Manage financial planning, budgeting, and resource allocation to ensure fiscal responsibility.
  • Supervise senior leadership team, providing mentorship and performance evaluations.
  • Cultivate relationships with stakeholders, partners, and community organizations to enhance organizational reputation.
  • Ensure compliance with legal, regulatory, and ethical standards.
  • Drive innovation by identifying opportunities for growth, program development, and service improvement.
  • Represent the organization at public events, conferences, and industry forums to promote visibility.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in business management, strategic planning, and senior leadership roles.
  • Demonstrated success in management and supervising teams within a complex organizational structure.
  • Strong background in business development with an ability to foster partnerships and new initiatives.
  • Expertise in financial management including budgeting, financial analysis, and resource allocation.
  • Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate staff, build consensus, and drive organizational change.
  • Effective communication skills with the ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Nonprofit Management, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
