The Dual Enrollment Pathways Program Manager provides strategic leadership and administrative oversight of the Educational Partnerships dual enrollment team. This role is responsible for managing all facets of dual enrollment programming, including the design and implementation of Academy program pathways, cultivation and recruitment of high school partnerships, course scheduling, student enrollment and retention strategies, matriculation planning, and targeted marketing initiatives. In addition, the Program Manager supervises grant procurement efforts and oversees the administration and compliance of grant-funded activities.
This position has college-wide responsibilities and requires travel among all campuses and off-site locations.

- This position requires the PA Child Abuse Clearance, PA State Police Check and FBI Fingerprints as a condition of employment.
- This position has college-wide responsibilities and requires travel between all campuses and off-site locations.

Essential Duties And Responsibilities
- Develop and administer pathways for dual enrollment academies, working collaboratively with Deans to determine the curriculum and build the schedule and location for pathway courses.
- Negotiate transfer agreements with 4-year degree partners that connect dual enrollment academy pathways with seamless baccalaureate degree opportunities.
- Strategically recruit partner high schools and negotiate MOU's with them; Review and renegotiate, as needed, existing MOU's with partner high schools.
- Oversee the dual enrollment program, ensuring compliance of stakeholders with policies and processes; Revise policies and procedures as needed.
- Supervise the credentialing process for high school teachers and the training of dual enrollment faculty and liaisons.
- Supervise data collection and analysis for dual enrollment and create a biannual report of the program status.
- Assist in the procurement of grants and management of the dual enrollment grant portfolio.
- Develop and implement strategies for retention of dual enrollment students and for matriculation to Montgomery County Community College.
- Supervise the dual enrollment team.
- Develop marketing materials for pathway programs.
- Collaborate with high school administrators, faculty, and students; Plan informational sessions on a regular basis to ensure open lines of communication.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree required.
- Minimum of three years of higher education administrative/leadership experience, preferably at the community college level.
- At least three years of experience working specifically with dual enrollment programming, preferably supervising a pathway-based model.
- Experience in academic programs and initiatives, such as curriculum review and development.
- Master's Degree.
- Minimum of three years of previous teaching experience at the collegiate level, preferably at a community college.
- Ability to travel and work nights and weekends as needed.
- Demonstrated commitment to diversity.
- Evidence of strong presentation, written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Understanding of the Community College mission/philosophy, pra tice, and population.
- Demonstrated ability to work with administrative computer hardware and software.
- Demonstrated leadership skills.
- Demonstrated critical thinking and ability to creatively problem solve.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
