Qualifications:
- Current Alabama Teacher’s Certification, Bachelor’s Degree or higher with an endorsement in general elementary education
Essential Duties:
- Create a classroom environment favorable to learning and personal growth
- Establish effective rapport with students
- Motivate students to develop skills, attitudes, and knowledge needed to provide a good educational foundation
- Utilize technology to motivate students and prepare students for 21st century
