The role also includes maintaining records, ensuring compliance with local regulations, and collaborating with team members to meet appraisal deadlines.
- Proficiency in Real Estate Appraisal, Appraising, and Valuation techniques
- Experience with Market Analysis and Commercial Real Estate assessments
- Strong analytical, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to interpret and apply guidelines, regulations, and statutes related to property appraisal
- Proficiency in using appraisal software and Microsoft Office Suite
