What You’ll Do:
Support the lead teacher in creating a warm, engaging, and safe space where children feel secure and excited to explore.
Help prepare and organize the classroom, ensuring materials are ready for hands-on learning.
Use your keen observation skills to support children’s social-emotional growth and guide them with patience and care.
Model positive communication and help children develop confidence in their interactions.
Assist with daily routines, classroom management, and outdoor play while ensuring safety at all times.
