Infant Room Assistant Teacher
Montessori of University Village – Round Rock, TX
Montessori of University Village is seeking a nurturing, dependable, and energetic Infant Room Assistant Teacher to join our growing Montessori community.

Position Details
- Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9 AM–6 PM
- Location: Montessori of University Village, Round Rock, TX
- Full-Time Position
Responsibilities
- Assist the Lead Guide in caring for infants ages 6 weeks to 18 months.
- Support feeding, diapering, napping, and daily care routines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
- Interact with infants in a warm, respectful, and responsive manner.
- Observe and support each child's developmental needs.
- Prepare classroom materials and assist with daily activities.
- Communicate professionally with families and team members.
- Follow all licensing regulations and school policies.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Experience working with infants in a licensed childcare setting preferred.
- CPR/First Aid certification or willingness to obtain.
- Ability to lift up to 35 pounds and actively engage with children throughout the day.
