What You'll Do
As an Assistant, you’ll play a vital role in supporting our teachers and students. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
- Assisting with classroom activities and ensuring a safe, engaging learning environment.
- Supporting the lead teacher with lesson preparation and classroom organization.
- Supervising children during activities, including playtime, meals, and rest periods.
- Building positive relationships with students, parents, and fellow staff members.
- Maintaining a clean and orderly classroom in alignment with Montessori principles.
