Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Teacher's Aide to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and supporting teachers in an educational setting.
Responsibilities:
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing lesson plans and activities.
- Support classroom management and ensure a safe learning environment.
- Provide one-on-one assistance to students as needed.
- Help with childcare duties such as supervising play time, getting lunches ready, and cleaning.
- Support children's social, emotional, and cognitive development.
Experience:
- Previous experience working with children in a school or childcare setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with preschool or early childhood education principles.
- Knowledge of math concepts suitable for the age group being taught.
- Experience in private school environments is a plus.
- Ability to assist in creating a positive and inclusive learning atmosphere.
- Understanding of childhood development stages and learning styles.
