Responsibilities
- Develop and execute creative, age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education, including all subject areas.
- Create a safe, welcoming classroom environment that encourages curiosity, independence, and positive behavior management.
- Engage in ongoing assessment of student progress through observations.
- Foster strong communication with parents
- Manage classroom routines efficiently while maintaining high standards of childcare and classroom management
Qualifications
- Proven experience working with young children in public school, preschool, or daycare setting, with a strong understanding of childhood development principles.
- Demonstrated expertise in curriculum development, lesson planning, classroom management, and behavior management techniques.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively engage with children, parents, and colleagues.
- Prior experience is mandatory.
- Certification or training in early childhood education or related fields is preferred.
