Summary
As a Teaching Assistant at Montessori Academy of Northern Colorado, you will play an integral role in supporting the educational and developmental needs of young children. This position is essential in creating a positive learning environment that aligns with our Montessori philosophy.
Responsibilities
- Assist the lead teacher in implementing daily lesson plans and activities.
- Provide attentive care and supervision to children in the classroom.
- Support behavior management strategies to promote positive interactions among students.
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe classroom environment.
- Engage with children during activities to foster their learning and development.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding children's progress and needs.
- Assist with special education needs as required, ensuring inclusivity for all students.

Qualifications
- Experience in toddler care or early childhood education is preferred.
