We are seeking an experienced busser with a dynamic hospitality driven attitude to join our food and beverage team.
For 100 years Monterey Peninsula Country Club has catered to a diverse Membership of more than 1,100 Members and more than 250 employees. Our employees are our key to success and overwhelming member satisfaction.
As a busser at Monterey Peninsula Country Club, we will ask you to:
- Set and clear tables in accordance with Club standards.
- Provide prompt and attentive water and bread service.
- Ensure that side stations are maintained with adequate supplies and are clean, organized, and clear of debris.
- Assist with side working including buffing glasses and flatware, butter preparation, setting tables and stocking supplies.
- Ensure all services to Members are provided in a highly professional and efficient manner with strong attention to detail
What we will need from you:
- One-year previous bussing experience in upscale restaurant environment.
- Private club, resort, hotel and/or hospitality experience preferred.
- A great attitude and commitment to providing amazing hospitality.
- The ability to multitask, produce accurate work, be flexible and have fun.

- Valid work authorization for the United States
