The Maintenance Technician supports equipment reliability and plant operations across growing, packaging, and utility systems. Technicians may specialize in one area or work across all three. Pay is based on demonstrated skill level and experience, with a growth pathway structured through our internal Maintenance Skills Matrix (Levels 1–6).
