Our friendly, patient-centered pediatric dental office in Monterey is looking for a warm, reliable, detail-oriented Patient Coordinator to join Dr. Dail and her team.
Schedule
Monday–Thursday
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (32 hours/week)
Responsibilities
- Greet patients and families with warmth and professionalism
- Schedule appointments and manage the daily schedule
- Answer phones and respond to patient questions
- Check patients in and out
- Collect copays and manage patient accounts
- Verify insurance benefits and process insurance information
- Present treatment plans and financial arrangements to parents
- Maintain recall and active treatment reports
- Coordinate with referring offices
- Assist with occasional marketing and office projects

Qualifications
Required
- Dental office experience preferred (1 year ideal), or prior experience in a dental front office setting with knowledge of dental terminology
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail
- Comfortable multitasking in a busy office
- Typing speed of at least 40 WPM
Preferred
- Eaglesoft experience
- Pediatric or orthodontic dental experience
- Spanish speaking
