Under general supervision of the Senior Director – Early Learning Program/Designee, plan, organize and direct the monitoring of internal reviews of center based and partner sites. . Review program activities and operations ensuring they are in accordance with Head Start Program Performance Standards and State requirements. Monitor program service areas to ensure efficient operations. Monitor program data collection functions and data management processes and systems. Prepare routine and comprehensive compliance reports. Implement procedures for continuous monitoring of assigned components/service areas.
