Workday HCM transformation and wanted to reach out regarding a senior-level End-to-End Test & Assurance Lead opportunity.
This role will own the testing strategy and governance across the full Workday ecosystem, covering Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Time/Absence, and multiple integrations (vendors, identity/security, downstream systems).
This is not a hands-on testing role — they are looking for someone who can lead and drive enterprise-level testing from strategy through go-live readiness.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own the end-to-end test strategy across Workday HCM
- Lead UAT, SIT, regression, and parallel payroll testing
- Ensure full validation across hire-to-retire lifecycle
- Drive integration testing across payroll, benefits, and external vendors
- Establish test governance, quality gates, and readiness criteria
- Provide executive-level updates on risk, progress, and go-live readiness
- Oversee defect management and traceability from requirements through resolution
What They’re Looking For
- Strong experience leading Workday HCM testing programs
- Deep knowledge of:
- Core HCM, Payroll, Benefits, Talent, Time & Absence
- Experience with:
- End-to-end testing strategy
- Parallel payroll testing
- Workday integrations & data migration
- Proven ability to operate in multi-vendor / system integrator environments
- Strong stakeholder presence with HR and executive leadership
