Product Owner with MES

- Ensure MES solutions support production scheduling, work order execution, genealogy, traceability, quality management, and reporting.
- Coordinate integrations between MES, ERP, SCADA, PLCs, historians, and other manufacturing applications.
- Monitor KPIs and product performance metrics to identify opportunities for optimization.
- Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, deployment, and change management activities.
- Manage stakeholder expectations and communicate project status, risks, and dependencies.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor''s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- 5 years of Product Management, Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or MES implementation experience.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing operations and shop floor processes.
- Hands-on experience with MES platforms such as:
- Siemens Opcenter (Camstar)
- Rockwell FactoryTalk MES
- Werum PAS-X.
