Responsibilities
- Contractors will support DFS network integration and will be responsible for a variety of tasks in the WAN, DNS, Datacenter, and Campus networking domains, including:
- WAN: Integration of the custoomer and DFS networks in carrier-neutral colocation facilities, to include Internet and Cloud Service Provider connectivity, DDoS services, and vendor reconciliation.
- DNS: Integration of DNS, DHCP, and IPAM services used by Customer and DFS. This will include merging of IPAM data, vendor analysis, domain portfolio integration, and expansion of current authoritative DNS outsourcing.
- Datacenter: Establish access patterns for standard tools (e.g., Qualys) and provide support on an as-needed basis for vulnerability and EOL remediation. Support migration of hosted apps to cloud.
- Campus: Support deployment of standard campus networks (wired & wireless) at DFS locations, determine requirements and designs for sites that require custom solutions, and WiFi-specific services, to include detailed
