Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements.
- Facilitate workshops and requirement gathering sessions to define themes, epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Convert business requirements and use cases into well-defined user stories for Agile development teams.
- Analyze existing business processes and identify opportunities for process improvement and operational efficiency.
- Create and maintain process flows, business process maps, and functional documentation.
- Work closely with Product Owners, Developers, QA teams, and Project Managers throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
- Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, estimation sessions, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Ensure requirements are complete, accurate, traceable, and aligned with business objectives.
- Maintain project documentation and support change management activities.
- Assist in implementing process improvements and business transformation initiatives.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in software development or technology projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and SDLC processes.
- Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting business and functional requirements.
- Experience creating user stories, epics, acceptance criteria, and maintaining product backlogs.
- Hands-on experience with process mapping, workflow analysis, and business process documentation.
- Experience using Jira, Confluence, or similar Agile project management tools.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced Agile environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with use case development and requirements traceability.
- Knowledge of business process improvement methodologies.
- Experience working with enterprise software or digital transformation projects.
- Familiarity with SQL, reporting tools, or data analysis is a plus.
- Certification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA, or Agile Scrum certification is an advantage.
