The Pay Range For This Role Is
60,000 - 70,000 USD per year(Citadel Masonry Wilmington)

What You'll Do At Citadel
- Initiate and submit monthly pay applications to ensure positive cash flow on projects
- Financial management for the lifecycle of the project
- Schedule and Organize Project Meetings to facilitate communication with Project Teams
- Enter and organize project documents in project management and accounting software (Procore)
- Communicate project updates and important information to project stakeholders
- Anticipate the needs of Citadel Masonry/Monteith Construction project team to generate positive relationships and ensure on-time delivery
- Manage relationships to ensure positive project experience
- Participate in training and other forms of continuous improvement initiatives
- Strong communication skills
- Highly organized to maximize productivity
