Program/Project Manager
We are seeking Program and Project Managers with experience in capital project delivery within industrial or manufacturing settings. Experience managing large-scale projects or multiple projects exceeding $50MM
Key Responsibilities
- Project Delivery: Lead successful project execution by managing scope, schedule, and budget, while proactively identifying and mitigating risks. Champion a “Safety First, Quality Always” mindset throughout all phases of delivery.
- Compliance: Apply a structured and disciplined approach to project management, ensuring full adherence to company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Safety & Environment: Develop and maintain safety and environmental execution plans. Ensure compliance with all applicable policies, procedures, and site rules for employees, contractors, and subcontractors from design through operational handover. Actively contribute to site safety initiatives.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Foster strong communication across project teams, governance groups, and business stakeholders. Anticipate and manage scope changes, facilitate issue resolution, and drive execution with a focus on safety, quality, speed, and value.
Basic Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related technical field (e.g., Project Management, Construction Management)
- Minimum of 7 years of experience delivering capital projects in industrial or manufacturing environments
Preferred Qualifications
- 10 years of experience in capital project delivery within industrial or manufacturing settings
- Experience managing large-scale projects or multiple projects exceeding $50MM
- Background in pharmaceutical manufacturing
- Experience delivering capital projects in pharma or industrial facilities (e.g., bulk API, sterile production, secondary packaging, medical devices, and laboratory projects)
- Knowledge of GMP manufacturing, Lean principles, automation, construction management, project controls, engineering disciplines, safety, and scheduling
- Proven ability to drive results and influence cross-functional teams
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary teams
- Experience leading contractor teams
- Demonstrated commitment to continuous improvement and change leadership
Salary : $120,000 - $275,000
