Monte Fresco Group, a growing commercial and industrial cleaning company, is seeking a professional, organized, and bilingual assistant to support the daily management of operations, scheduling, and commercial visits.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Manage the schedule for commercial and industrial site visits.
  • Coordinate appointments, meetings, and walkthroughs with potential clients.
  • Prepare professional emails, messages, and follow-ups.
  • Manage documents, files, and databases.
  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks.
  • Maintain constant communication with clients in English and Spanish.
  • Prepare mini-reports on visits, calls, and opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate–advanced English (spoken and written).
  • Fluent Spanish.
  • Administrative or customer service experience.
  • Excellent phone, email, and WhatsApp Business skills.
  • Organization, punctuality, and complete discretion.
  • Basic knowledge of Google Workspace / Office.

  • Comfortable speaking with business owners, managers, and directors.
  • Able to work independently without constant supervision.
  • Good personal presentation.
  • Commitment and loyalty.

Monte Fresco Group, una empresa de limpieza comercial e industrial en crecimiento, está buscando una asistente profesional, organizada y bilingüe para apoyar en la gestión diaria de operaciones, agenda y visitas comerciales.

Responsabilidades del puesto:

  • Manejar la agenda para visitas comerciales e industriales.
  • Coordinar citas, reuniones y recorridos con clientes potenciales.
  • Preparar correos profesionales, mensajes y seguimientos.
  • Gestionar documentos, archivos y bases de datos.
  • Apoyar en tareas administrativas del día a día.
  • Comunicación constante con clientes en inglés y español.
  • Preparar mini-reportes de visitas, llamadas y oportunidades.

Requisitos:

  • Inglés intermedio–avanzado (conversación y escritura).
  • Español fluido.
  • Experiencia administrativa o en atención al cliente.
  • Excelente manejo de teléfono, email y WhatsApp Business.
  • Organización, puntualidad y discreción absoluta.
  • Manejo básico de Google Workspace / Office.

  • Profesional, amable y con iniciativa.
  • Facilidad para hablar con dueños de negocios, gerentes y directores.
  • Capacidad de trabajar sola, sin supervisión constante.
  • Buena presentación personal.
  • Compromiso y lealtad.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 18 – 20 per week

Work Location: In person

Salary : $16 - $20
