Position Responsibilities:
- Manage the schedule for commercial and industrial site visits.
- Coordinate appointments, meetings, and walkthroughs with potential clients.
- Prepare professional emails, messages, and follow-ups.
- Manage documents, files, and databases.
- Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Maintain constant communication with clients in English and Spanish.
- Prepare mini-reports on visits, calls, and opportunities.
Requirements:
- Intermediate–advanced English (spoken and written).
- Fluent Spanish.
- Administrative or customer service experience.
- Excellent phone, email, and WhatsApp Business skills.
- Organization, punctuality, and complete discretion.
- Basic knowledge of Google Workspace / Office.

Responsabilidades del puesto:
- Manejar la agenda para visitas comerciales e industriales.
- Coordinar citas, reuniones y recorridos con clientes potenciales.
- Preparar correos profesionales, mensajes y seguimientos.
- Gestionar documentos, archivos y bases de datos.
- Apoyar en tareas administrativas del día a día.
- Comunicación constante con clientes en inglés y español.
- Preparar mini-reportes de visitas, llamadas y oportunidades.
Requisitos:
- Inglés intermedio–avanzado (conversación y escritura).
- Español fluido.
- Experiencia administrativa o en atención al cliente.
- Excelente manejo de teléfono, email y WhatsApp Business.
- Organización, puntualidad y discreción absoluta.
- Manejo básico de Google Workspace / Office.
