The Home Health Aide provides personal care and assistance in activities of daily living to Home Care patients according to the Plan of Care developed by the Community Health Nurse and/or Rehabilitation Therapist. The Home Health Aide is an integral member of the Home Care team.
QUALIFICATIONS
High School Diploma or GED required.
Home Health Aide Certificate or successful completion of the NYS approved Home Health Aide Training Program.
Must have 2 years minimum work experience as a Home Health Aide.
A valid NYS Driver’s License. Must have reliable transportation, valid NYS Auto Insurance, and a cell phone.
$18.50- $21.00 per hour
Salary : $19 - $21
