Contract Manager – IT

Drive strategic IT sourcing that makes a difference in healthcare.

We are seeking an experienced Contract Manager – IT to join our Supply Chain team. In this high-impact role, you will lead strategic sourcing, contract negotiations, and vendor management initiatives that optimize technology investments, reduce costs, and support exceptional patient care.

Working closely with clinical, operational, and executive stakeholders, you will develop sourcing strategies that deliver the right balance of cost, quality, innovation, and outcomes across our IT portfolio.

What You'll Do

As the IT Contract Manager, you will manage the full source-to-contract lifecycle for technology-related spend categories, including:

• Enterprise cloud services
• Hardware and infrastructure
• Software and Software-as-a-Service (SaaS)
• Licensing agreements
• Professional services
• Other IT and technology-related categories

Key responsibilities include:

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives aligned with organizational objectives.
• Lead competitive sourcing events, including RFPs, RFIs, and supplier evaluations.
• Conduct spend analysis, market research, benchmarking, and financial analysis to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Negotiate contracts and manage supplier relationships to maximize value and performance.
• Draft, review, and manage complex technology agreements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to build consensus and deliver successful sourcing outcomes.
• Present sourcing strategies, business cases, and recommendations to leadership.
• Ensure vendor compliance, contract performance, and ongoing value realization.
• Manage multiple projects while maintaining documentation, timelines, and project governance.

What You'll Bring

We're looking for a strategic sourcing professional who combines strong analytical skills with exceptional negotiation and relationship-building abilities.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of contract management experience, with a focus on IT sourcing and technology spend.
• Experience managing enterprise technology contracts, including cloud, software, hardware, licensing, and professional services.
• Proven experience developing and leading RFP/RFI processes.
• Strong negotiation, vendor management, and contract administration skills.
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Management principles and strategic sourcing best practices.
• Experience with ERP systems, contract management software, and inventory management systems.
• Strong analytical, financial, and problem-solving skills, including cost analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and supplier research.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and standard business applications.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, transformation-focused environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA), Health Administration (MHA), or a related field.
• Experience in healthcare supply chain or healthcare technology sourcing.

Annual Base Salary Range: $132,000.00-$165,000.00

Work Schedule: 8:30 AM-5:00 PM, Monday to Friday
