We are a regional Newspaper, Magazine, and Digital Media Group looking for a highly motivated & self-driven Media Advertising Sales Executive to join our growing sales & marketing team.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a skilled team to build and develop a new advertising client base. The successful applicant would be part of a sales team selling advertising for a regional newspaper and magazine, a luxury design and architecture magazine, a regional nonprofit magazine that is distributed in several locations across California, and a digital media platform.
We are a Santa Barbara-based company with strong community ties, so an applicant who likes to be involved in local community activities is a plus. However a strong applicant who lives outside the area will also be considered for a remote position.

We will help the motivated salesperson develop innovative strategies to achieve sales goals, as well as make meaningful connections with customers.
Compensation for this role is comprised of a base salary plus a commission structure, with additional bonuses awarded upon achieving specific sales targets. A strong performer meeting quotas can expect to earn a starting salary of $58,000 commission and bonuses annually.
