Personal Trainer – Luxury Private Studio (Montecito)
Montecito Fitness is a high-end private training studio serving a discerning clientele in Montecito. We operate on structure, precision, accountability, and elite client experience. We are expanding our coaching team and seeking one exceptional trainer who aligns with our professional standards and long-term vision.
This is not a volume gym position. This is a premium coaching opportunity for a trainer who values quality over quantity, long-term client relationships, and mastery of their craft.
Compensation & Schedule
- $60–$100 per session (based on experience, certifications, and performance)
- 10–20 sessions per week to start
- Strong opportunity for growth as client demand increases
- Paid monthly through structured payroll
Who This Role Is For

Minimum Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)
- Certified Personal Trainer (NASM, CSCS, NSCA, ACE, or equivalent)
- Minimum 2 years hands-on training experience
- Strong understanding of:
- Body mechanics & movement quality
- Injury-aware programming
- Progressive overload & regression strategies
- High emotional intelligence with clients
- Professional appearance, punctuality, and communication
- Comfortable working inside a structured coaching system
- Team-first mindset (this is not a lone-wolf role)
Preferred (Not Required, but Strongly Valued)
- Corrective exercise or rehab-adjacent experience
- Golf fitness, athletic performance, or sport-specific training background
- Experience working with high-net-worth or private clients
- Basic nutrition literacy (not diet planning)
- Content creation comfort for social media (optional, not mandatory)

- Uphold Montecito Fitness’ white-glove client experience
- Communicate cleanly with leadership regarding client progress
- Follow structured programming and onboarding systems
- Maintain professionalism inside a luxury environment
- Contribute positively to team culture and studio standards
