Job Summary:
The Print Operator (Litho Print) operates and maintains lithographic printing presses to produce
high-quality printed materials. This role supports our company’s mission to deliver outstanding print
products by ensuring color consistency, registration, and production efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
– Set up and operate lithographic printing presses
– Perform pre-press setup including color adjustments and registration
– Monitor print runs for quality, making adjustments as needed
– Maintain press equipment and perform minor repairs
– Complete production documentation accurately
– Follow safety guidelines and maintain clean workspaces
– Communicate issues with supervisors and support teams
Required Skills & Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Experience operating lithographic or similar printing presses
– Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
– Good understanding of color theory and registration
– Attention to detail and ability to work under deadlines
– Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
Wage & Compensation:
Starting Wage : as per salary grid
