Location: Lebanon KY
Job Type: Full-Time
Shift: 2nd shift (Mon.-Fri.; 3 p.m. – 11 p.m.) / 3rd shift (Mon.-Fri.; 11 p.m. – 7 a.m.)
Job Summary:
The End of Line Packer plays a key role in ensuring that finished goods are properly inspected, packaged, and prepared for shipment. This position supports the company’s commitment to quality and customer satisfaction by maintaining high standards of packaging and presentation.
- Inspect and verify finished products for quality and accuracy
– Label packages correctly and accurately
– Maintain a clean and organized work area
– Follow all safety protocols and quality standards
– Communicate with production team and supervisors regarding issues
– Assist in maintaining inventory of packaging supplies
Required Skills & Qualifications:
– High school diploma or equivalent
– Attention to detail and commitment to quality
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
– Ability to lift up to 50 lbs
– Good communication and teamwork skills
Wage & Compensation:
Starting Wage: as per current Salary Grid
Additional compensation may include:
