Outdoor Maintenance Worker

Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Person to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the grounds and facilities, ensuring a clean, safe, and aesthetically pleasing environment. This role requires a combination of technical skills, physical stamina, and a proactive approach to maintenance tasks.

Duties

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on buildings and grounds.
• Utilize power tools and hand tools for various maintenance tasks.
• Conduct landscape maintenance including mowing, trimming, and planting.
• Implement hardscape projects such as patios, walkways, and retaining walls.
• Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering of plants and lawns.
• Provide tree care services including pruning and removal as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness of all outdoor spaces through regular grouneeping activities.
• Collaborate with team members to complete larger projects efficiently.
• Wash and detail automobiles
• Wash exterior windows of single story building
• Maintain swimming pool: empty skimmers and robot, skim pool with nets, check pool chemistry, add chemicals as needed.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in maintenance or related fields is preferred.
• Proficiency in using power tools and hand tools safely and effectively.
• Knowledge of landscape maintenance practices including planting, irrigation, and hardscape installation.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to recognize maintenance needs promptly.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks in various weather conditions.
• Pool maintenance knowledge a plus

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
