Duties
- Prepare and cook meals according to established recipes and dietary guidelines.
- Assist in menu planning to ensure variety and nutritional balance in offerings.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and sanitation throughout the cooking process.
- Collaborate with the dietary department to accommodate special dietary needs and preferences.
- Help with food preparation tasks, including chopping, mixing, and seasoning ingredients.
- Ensure all kitchen equipment is clean, well-maintained, and used safely.
- Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and assist with ordering as needed.
