Responsibilities
- Greet patients warmly and assist with check-in procedures.
- Prepare treatment areas, set up equipment, and assist physical therapists during therapy sessions to facilitate effective patient care.
- Collect patient information, update medical records, and manage appointment scheduling efficiently using clinic management systems.
- Provide basic patient care support such as explaining procedures, assisting with exercises, and monitoring patient comfort during therapy sessions.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of treatment areas and common areas to uphold safety standards and promote a welcoming environment.
- Answer phone calls promptly, address patient inquiries, and coordinate appointment scheduling or follow-up visits.
- Support administrative tasks including scanning and taking patient copayments.

Pay: $13.50 - $16.00 per hour
