Key Responsibilities
- Lead all front of house operations with a focus on elevated service and exceptional guest experiences aligned with our brand expectations.
- Partner closely with the culinary team to ensure seamless execution of aBOH operations, including menu development/training and rollout, labor management, performance management and more.
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high performing hospitality team
- Maintain strong floor leadership during service and uphold service standards
- Manage staffing, scheduling, cost controls, and operational performance
- Foster a positive and professional team culture rooted in hospitality and accountability
- Work with leadership on meetings, reviews, admin expectations.
- Engage, support and contribute with all onsite, offsite events and pop ups.
- Work on local community engagement and marketing.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of experience as a General Manager in a comparable chef-driven or elevated dining concept
- Strong leadership and team development skills
- Deep understanding of high touch hospitality and guest engagement
- Ability to perform and lead effectively in a fast-paced, service-focused environment
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
