Our busy Golf Shop offers members a personalized, one-stop shopping experience, where exceptional customer service and member engagement are at the heart of our operation. Responsibilities :
- Assist with Golf Shop operations, including opening and closing procedures, manning the counter, scheduling lessons, and handling special orders.
- Deliver outstanding customer service to members and guests.
- Maintain the organization and cleanliness of the Golf Shop.
- Rotate stock and ensure displays are visually appealing and well-maintained.
- Uphold the Club's visual merchandising standards.
- Assist with receiving, tagging, and shipping merchandise.
- Support inventory management as needed.
