This is a broad, hands-on role for someone who likes keeping things organized, getting things done, and making sure important details don’t fall through the cracks. You’ll support the hotel, restaurant, spa, and other departments across human resources, accounts payable, accounting administration, licensing, and general business operations.

Process accounts payable, including invoice coding, approvals, vendor records, and payments
Maintain organized financial and administrative records
Prepare and submit lodging taxes and other routine business filings
Assist with account and credit card reconciliations and provide documentation to accounting
Maintain business licenses, permits, insurance certificates, and other required records
Manage vendor paperwork, contracts, correspondence, and general office administration
Serve as an administrative resource for department leaders and employees
Identify administrative issues, follow through on them, and make sure deadlines are met
Previous experience in office management, business administration, bookkeeping, HR administration, or a similar role
Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail
Comfortable handling multiple responsibilities and competing deadlines
Working knowledge of accounts payable and basic accounting processes
Experience with payroll and HR administration preferred
Strong computer skills and ability to learn new systems
Professional judgment and discretion when handling confidential information
A self-starter who can work independently and take ownership of responsibilities
Hospitality experience is helpful, but not required
This is not a narrowly defined administrative position. You’ll become a key part of the team that keeps the entire property organized and operating effectively, with exposure to nearly every part of the business.
We’re looking for someone who sees something that needs to get done, takes ownership of it, and gets it across the finish line.
