Job Summary: Provides secretarial and administrative support for the staff of Montauk Renewables.
Major Responsibilities
- Prepare correspondence, proposals, contracts and other documents as requested.
- Perform general clerical duties such as copying files
- Assist in assembling presentations and proposals
- Answer phone calls and takes messages
- Make staff travel arrangements
- Distribute the mail and send out mailings
- Operate a forklift after Montauk training is provided
- Other duties as required
- High school or GED, additional education preferred
- 2 years of experience in an administrative position
- Good phone skills, organized, able to set priorities
- Basic computer skills Microsoft Outlook, Word, & Excel
- Strong verbal, written, computer, communication and organizational skills
- Ability to interface well with all members of the organization
- Able to prioritize and work where time constraints are involved
- Forklift experience
- Required to sit for long periods of time
- Infrequent light physical effort required
Salary : $40,000 - $50,000
