We are seeking a reliable, energetic, and adaptable Personal Assistant for a seasonal role from May through the end of June, supporting a corporate executive.
This is a unique opportunity for someone who enjoys an active lifestyle, values discretion, and is comfortable balancing a mix of personal support, logistics, and wellness-related tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily care and coordination for the executive’s dogs, two well trained black labradors.
- Run errands and handle day-to-day personal tasks
- Provide transportation to and from town and appointments
- Support organization and smooth operation of the household
- (Preferred) Assist in developing and maintaining a fitness routine in a private gym
Ideal Candidate:
- Physically fit, active, and health-conscious
- Organized, proactive, and detail-oriented
- Comfortable driving and running errands independently
- Trustworthy, discreet, and professional
- Flexible and open to occasional travel between properties
- Experience or strong interest in personal training or fitness coaching is highly desirable
