What are the responsibilities and job description for the Summer Lift Attendant position at Montana Snowbowl?
We’re looking for a few enthusiastic, outdoor-loving individuals to join our team this summer!
Our lifts operate Friday through Sunday, from late June through early September. No prior experience is required, we’re happy to train the right candidates.
In this role, you’ll be responsible for checking lift tickets, assisting guests with proper lift loading and unloading, and maintaining a safe, clean operating area. You’ll play an important part in creating a fun and safe experience for all our visitors.

Responsibilities:
- Check lift tickets
- Ensure guests understand safe loading and unloading procedures
- Maintain clean and organized lift areas
- Provide friendly, high-quality customer service
- Communicate effectively with coworkers and managers
- Monitor safety conditions and report any issues
Requirements:
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs
- Strong communication skills
- Positive, team-oriented attitude
