- 3-5 years previous experience in Payroll processing
- Advanced computer skills (MS Word, Excel, BI, Oracle Cloud, E-1, Replicon).
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize competing objectives.
- Resolute in handling confidential/sensitive information.
- Process bi-weekly payroll and all associated tax payments
- Maintain all employee deduction and contribution changes
- Complete all State and Federal quarterly and yearly reporting
- Process all State and Federal quarterly and yearly payments.
- System support related to employee timesheet entry
- Assists in yearly 401K audit
- Assists in data entry for employee benefits and enrollments.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
