What are the responsibilities and job description for the Electrical Troubleshooter position at Montana Resources?
- Applicant must be capable of working safely around high voltage including substation work.
- Must have a minimum of 4 years industrial electrical experience and have a good working knowledge of high voltage 3 phase power systems, DC drives, VFD's, PLC's and electronic control systems. .
- Ability to work safely around high and low voltage electrical circuits
- Safety Record, Attitude, Attendance and Work Performance will be considered prior to the interview process.
- Instrumentation and Electrical troubleshooting. This includes maintaining and troubleshooting the following equipment: large electric shovels, haul truck communication systems, large pumping station motor control centers, synchronous mill starters and numerous variable speed drive systems.
- Perform other duties as assigned by operation needs and electrical foreman
- Position is assigned to an Operating crew and will work rotating 12-hr shifts. Limited call-outs.
