Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Chief Executive Officer (CEO) based in Helena, MT, with fifty percent of work time spent travelling, both in-state and out-of-state. The CEO will provide strategic leadership to advance the mission of MPCA, oversee organizational operations, and ensure effective support for member health centers. Responsibilities include driving business and strategic planning, managing finances and operations, and representing the organization with stakeholders. The CEO will focus on building strong partnerships and creating innovative strategies to enhance access to high-quality, affordable healthcare across Montana.

Qualifications
- Strong skills in Finance, including budgeting, financial analysis, and fiscal responsibility
- Expertise in Operations Management, Business Planning, and organizational leadership
- Experience in Strategic Planning and the ability to develop and implement effective long-term goals
- Proven track record in Sales or partnership building to promote organizational goals
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders
- Experience in healthcare, policy advocacy, or nonprofit management is highly beneficial
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Public Health, Public Administration, or related field is preferred
