Opening General Manager Position at Montana Power Products:
· Duties include but not limited to:
- Manage unit sales, accessories, F&I, and extended service contract penetration
- Perform unit sales and follow all sales processes
- Lead the sales team to hit monthly and annual targets
- Monitor technician productivity, efficiency, and proficiency
- Ensure workflow processes are followed (DP360 logging, service flow, etc.)
- Maintain high standards for turnaround time and quality
- train and develop staff across all departments
- Hold team accountable to performance standards and policies
- Conduct regular meetings and performance reviews
- Ensure every customer interaction reflects professionalism and urgency
- Handle escalated customer concerns and protect dealership reputation
- Maximize profitability across departments
- Ensure compliance with all dealership processes (deal structure, paperwork, holds/solds, etc.)
- Maintain consistency across departments
Must:
· Work a minimum of 50 hours/week
· Be at least 18 years old
· have previous powersports general manager experience/or equivalent general manager experience
· Have a valid driver’s license
· Pass a background check
· Have the ability to work well with others
