Responsibilities

• Safely handle and transport food orders from the kitchen to dining areas, ensuring timely delivery
• Assist with food preparation tasks such as plating, garnishing, and portioning to uphold presentation standards
• Buss tables by clearing dishes, cleaning surfaces, and resetting tables promptly to maintain a clean dining space
• Support kitchen staff with manual handling tasks including heavy lifting of supplies and equipment following safe lifting practices
• Communicate effectively with servers, kitchen staff, and guests to coordinate order flow and address special requests
• Maintain cleanliness by assisting with basic cleaning duties such as wiping down counters and organizing storage areas
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards and proper food handling procedures at all times
