Position Overview:
As a Machine Tech 1 at Montana Knife Company, you will play a key role in manufacturing individual components for our assembly team. This is an entry-level position; all relevant training will be provided. This position operates on Monday through Thursday 3:00 pm – 1:00 am.
Key Responsibilities:
- Safely operate manufacturing equipment to produce in tolerance production parts.
- Perform quality control checks throughout the production process
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Communicate needs and issues in a timely manner
- Stay clean, respectful, and organized
Required Qualifications:
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication, organization, and teamwork skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
- Willingness to cross-train and flex into other manufacturing departments as needed
