Coffee Team Assistant Manager

About the Role:

We’re looking for friendly, reliable, and motivated people to join the coffee team at Black Rifle Coffee Company at MKC. As a coffee team manager, you’ll be the face of our shop, providing exceptional service, delivering quality products, and learning the ins and outs of running the business, training employees, and leading an exceptional team.

We are looking for an assistant manager to start training soon. Must be willing to help your team members with shift availability and coverage. Must show up to scheduled shifts on time and ready to work.

Requirements:

• Flexible availability for various shifts
• Ability to lift heavy boxes up to 50 lbs
• Attention to detail
• Follow food safety and sanitation standards
• Accurately take and prepare customer orders
• Must be able to run a POS system
• Contribute to a fun, team-oriented atmosphere

Shift Availability:

Weekend availability required

Monday – Saturday

• 5:30 AM – 2:00 PM
• 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
• 10:30 AM – 7:00 PM

Sunday

• 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM
