The manager supports physicians, nurses, and dialysis staff while maintaining a high‑quality, patient‑centered environment.
Key Responsibilities
Lead front‑office and clinical support operations, including scheduling, intake, and patient communication- Coordinate dialysis and nephrology appointment workflows, lab tracking, and chronic‑care follow‑ups
- Manage staff performance, training, and daily task assignments
- Oversee medical records, EHR accuracy, dialysis reports, and regulatory documentation
- Ensure compliance with CMS, state regulations, and dialysis‑specific quality metrics
- Support billing, insurance verification, authorizations, and referral management
- Maintain inventory, supplies, and equipment readiness for both clinic and dialysis operations
- Partner with leadership to improve workflows, patient experience, and operational efficiency
Qualifications
