Responsibilities
- Perform thorough cleaning of all areas including offices, restrooms, hallways, cleanrooms and common spaces using appropriate cleaning techniques and equipment.
- Maintain floors through sweeping, mopping, to ensure a spotless appearance.
- Handle industrial cleaning tasks such as deep cleaning of machinery or large-scale sanitation projects when needed.
- Conduct routine custodial duties including trash removal, restocking supplies, and disinfecting high-touch surfaces.
- Operate cleaning machinery safely and efficiently while adhering to safety protocols.
- Support special cleaning projects like window washing or floor care to uphold high standards of cleanliness.
- Laundry duties is also an essential task of this position.
Requirements
- Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential settings.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques, and floor care.
- Ability to operate cleaning equipment safely and effectively.
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness.
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts.
