Assistant Manager – Women's Retail Clothing Store

Position Details
- 25–30 hours per week
- No late nights
- Flexible schedule, including some weekends as needed
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of women's retail experience
- High school diploma required
- College education preferred
- Experience with social media platforms and content creation
- Creative mindset with a passion for helping grow the business
- Outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Self-motivated while also working well as part of a team
- Reliable, organized, and detail-oriented
- Must be able to successfully pass a background check
Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional customer service and styling assistance
- Assist with daily store operations and sales goals
- Create engaging social media content to promote the store
- Help merchandise new arrivals and maintain attractive displays
- Support inventory management and merchandising
- Foster a welcoming shopping experience for every customer
- Work alongside the store manager to help the business grow
